Beef tartar with pear, fresh Jerusalem artichoke, mustard mayo, pickled beech hats and crisps

Duck breast with variations of shallot onion, fried mushrooms, chestnuts, red currents, crisps and sauce

Dessert

Rice-pudding with white chocolate cream and amaretto cherry

•  You have the table for 3 hours for bookings at. 17.15. Bookings from 20.30 have the table all evening.
